Dutch flag carrier KLM will begin to offer Amsterdam-Havana flights three times a week beginning Oct. 31, the airline said in a press release.

The Havana flights are part of a “marked expansion” of flights to the Caribbean, KLM President and CEO Peter Hartman said in the press release. KLM’s target clientele will be not only Dutch tourists, but also travelers from other European countries, according to Hartman.

KLM will be using MD11 aircraft with capacity for 285 passengers. The Havana flights will leave Amsterdam-Schiphol on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
