Moscú y La Habana firmaron calladamente un acuerdo que condona el 90 por ciento de una deuda por 32.000 millones de dólares que La Habana arrastra de la era soviética, un trato que pone fin a una disputa bilateral de 20 años y abre el camino a una mayor inversión y comercio, dijeron diplomáticos rusos y europeos.

El acuerdo, firmado discretamente en octubre en Moscú, supone que La Habana tendrá que pagar 3.200 millones de dólares en 10 años, a cambio de la condonación del resto de una deuda, que correspondía a 20.000 millones de dólares más intereses, informó Reuters.
