Rancés Barthelemy se coronó este viernes campeón superpluma de la Federación Internacional de Boxeo (FIB), al vencer por nocáut al dominicano Argenis Méndez en el segundo asalto, reporta la AFP.

En el primer asalto el cubano propinó dos andanadas de golpes a su rival. La primera estuvo a punto de provocar un conteo de protección para Méndez.

En el segundo asalto Barthelemy volvió a dominar y en los segundos finales provocó un conteo al dominicano, a quien después noqueó con una combinación de derecha abajo y una izquierda cruzada al mentón, que lo apagó completamente.
