Tres opositores cubanos expresaron el jueves al Congreso de Estados Unidos su desacuerdo con la normalización de relaciones diplomáticas iniciada con el régimen porque daría legitimidad a un régimen que describen como violador sistemático de derechos humanos. 

Los opositores comparecieron a una audiencia convocada por la subcomisión de derechos humanos de la cámara baja, informa AP.

La Dama de Blanco Sara Marta Fonseca Quevedo, una de las voces femeninas más importantes de la oposición interna en los últimos años, llegó este martes a Miami con su familia como refugiada política, informa la prensa de esa ciudad.

La activista, su esposo, el también disidente Julio Ignacio León, y sus dos hijos, Julio e Ignacio, se establecerán en Elizabethtown, New Jersey, informó Martí Noticias.

La familia ha sido blanco permanente del acoso del régimen por su activismo pacífico en las calles.
